How to File a DMCA Complaint

    A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the infringing material.
  • Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled.
  • Take appropriate actions under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), which may include terminating repeat infringers' accounts, if applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that the material removed or disabled by a DMCA notice is not infringing, or that you have the right to post and use such material, you may send a counter-notification to our designated DMCA agent. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your contact information.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your signature.
